1. System Usage & Account Registration

• Authentication: Certain operations, including the compilation and downloading of modified PDF documents, require an authenticated account.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We employ strict security protocols, including logging IP access for abuse prevention, but you are responsible for your endpoint security.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not use our system to process illegal, malicious, or highly classified unauthorized materials. Any attempt to inject malicious code into the PDF compiler will result in an immediate IP ban.

2. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

Operating out of Romania, xho.ro strictly adheres to GDPR protocols.

• Document Data: Documents loaded into the editor are processed locally in your browser memory via JavaScript (`pdf.js` and `pdf-lib`). We do not upload, store, or transmit the contents of your PDF files to our servers unless explicitly stated during a server-side signing process.
• Account Data: We collect only the data necessary for authentication (Email Address).
• Cookies & Telemetry: We use localized storage (cookies) to maintain active sessions, remember UI preferences (like Day/Night mode), and monitor basic traffic telemetry. You can manage these via the Cookie Banner prompt upon your first connection.

3. Intellectual Property

The code, styling, glassmorphism UI, and architecture of pdf.xho.ro are the intellectual property of xho.ro (affiliated with RYMtech / neXt HOsting). You retain all intellectual property rights to the documents you edit using our tool.

4. Limitation of Liability

The pdf.xho.ro tool is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that the PDF compilation will perfectly match all proprietary formatting of the original document. We are not liable for any data loss, document corruption, or legal repercussions stemming from the use of edited documents.

5. Protocol Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these protocols at any time. Continued use of the system following changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
